The best summertime treat for me is cantaloupe with a scoop of cottage cheese inside sprinkled with cinnamon!
Since I hate the heat, I have been using my treadmill almost every day!
My favorite summer time treat is fresh berries of any type. Also home grown tomatoes! One new healthy habit I’ve picked up this summer is eating out less and using what we have at home more. My teen & tween have hit that “eating me out of house and home” stage so we’ve been hitting the grocery store more often but at least we can throw in a few healthier options at home. 🙂
I love watermelon in the summer. My healthy habit is walking every morning, even if I have a busy day planned.
