My favorite summer sweet treat is Watermelon and frozen grapes. My new habit is walking more.
Definitely watermelon is my favorite summertime treat! I miss it badly in the winter.
And a healthy habit I’ve done over the summer is walking 2-3 miles a day, even with my 3 kids home. It’s usually hard for me to keep that up, but I’ve done really well this summer!
My favorite summer time treat is frozen yogurt with lots of yummy toppings. My new health habit? I’ve been meal prepping during the week and trying not to eat out on the weekends. So far, so good!
Our favorite summer treats are frozen blended fruit and yogurt in some neat reusable silicone tubes. I’ve been filling a 1 gallon water container and keeping in the fridge to encourage more consumption.
My summertime go to is ice cold watermelon. My habit is getting in more exercise during work hours so I’m not just sitting in front of a computer doing nothing all day.
