  2. My favorite summer treat (and pretty much all year) are frozen grapes and blueberries! Sometimes with a little FF Reddi Wip on top! YUM!
    My healthy habit for this summer was to try new fruits and veggies!

  3. I look forward to the strawberries. My town in Washington is known for a huge strawberry festival. When the local berries are ripe there is nothing better.

    My new summertime habit. I eat berries (any kind) and a half cup of fat free cottage cheese for breakfast. I’m not a yogurt person, but do like cottage cheese.

  4. This item would be wonderful to have. We love ice cream, this would provide the taste, but eliminate a lot of calories!

  5. My favorite summertime treat is a fresh blueberry banana smoothie. I would love a Yonanas machine to be able to make it more like ice cream. A close second favorite is straight off the farm Jersey Beefsteak Tomatoes. I eat them like apples. My new healthy habit is using a under-desk elliptical. This compact workout machine has really helped increase my activity 10 minutes at a time.
