The winner of the Yonanas machine is Beth Deere.
Congratulations Beth. Please send an email to support@simple-nourished-living.com to claim your Yonanas machine!
Today we are giving away a Yonanas (affiliate link) (902 Classic - Silver) Healthy Dessert Fruit Soft Serve Maker.
Yonanas turns frozen fruit and other flavorings into a delicious, healthy soft-serve treat. The unit combines frozen bananas and any additional fruit or chocolate and instantly churns the ingredients to produce a treat with the texture of frozen yogurt or soft-serve ice cream, but without the additional fat, sugar, or preservatives.
The chute easily accepts berries, sliced mango, or cantaloupe along with frozen banana, and the integrated spinning blade mashes and incorporates the fruit into a silky-smooth confection with the texture of soft-serve ice cream or yogurt.
If you've ever used your blender (affiliate link) to make 1-ingredient banana ice cream, you'll love this too.
This brief video shows how to use Yonanas...

A close second favorite is straight off the farm Jersey Beefsteak Tomatoes. I eat them like apples. My new healthy habit is using a under-desk elliptical. My favorite sweet treat is to freeze fruit and then dust it with a mixture of coco powder and splenda. Yum and takes longer to eat! Banana's are my favorite. My healthy action this summer is to pack frozen fruit with my bathing suit when I leave the house. By the time I'm finished swimming, or pool walking, they are cold and nice to eat. Grapes are yfavorite, and cherries.
