My favorite summertime sweet treat is frozen grapes and cherry. Taste so refreshing on a hot summer day.
My healthy habit is as always drinking water and reducing my carb intake to 20 g. I feel healthier and more alert.

My favorite treat in the summer is WW fudge bars. This summer I decided to move more. I am now walking 10,000 steps every day and feeling healthier and stronger.
I’ve never tried the Yonanas but I know I would love it. I love ice cream and I love bananas!
1) I love getting cold brew coffees from Starbucks.
2) Experimenting more with smoothies, I bought myself a Ninja blender and love playing around with making drinks.
Strawberries and blueberry I enjoythe most .The hardiest thing this year is cutting back on carbs put on to much weight love the bread and crackers
