    I started walking laps around our pond twice daily for exercise and I’ve lost 30 pounds with Weight Watchers since June 1.

  3. I like a ww longtime favorite called chocolate raisin bar. You take 2 T Swiss mix, 1T raisins stir with 2 T water put in cup and freeze… low points! Eggplant on the grill is my now favorite summer fare food!!

  4. I love love frozen grapes or having cold watermelon with mint.
    A healthy habit I do is walk everyday in the morning and then again after dinner.

  5. Any and every freshly ripe summer fruit I can get my hands on – I love fresh fruit! I log all of my food, it is so helpful when I plan and prep and can enter at least 2 of my meals before I even eat them. I feel successful even before I’ve begun!

  6. My favorite treat is ice cream, but I cannot have bananas. I think you can use this machine without them though. My new summertime fav is salmon.
