How to Make Skinny Banana Pudding with Yogurt
Step 1: Gather and Prep your ingredients:
- 3/4 of one whole graham cracker sheet (3 squares)
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt (Vegan variation: opt for unsweetened coconut or soy yogurt)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 2: Crumble 1 graham cracker square into 8 ounce glass.

Step 3: Slice 1/2 of the banana into 1/4-inch thick rounds and place in glass.

Step 4: In a small bowl (affiliate link) mash the remaining 1/2 banana with a fork until it’s smooth. Stir in the yogurt and vanilla until well blended. Crumble 1 graham cracker square and stir it into the banana/yogurt mixture.

Step 4: Pour/scrape mixture into the glass over the sliced bananas. Crush remaining graham cracker and sprinkle on top. Enjoy right away or cover and chill for up to 12 hours.
