I worked a desk job and found myself eating double cheeseburgers all the time and my weight ballooned up to 485 lbs. Granted I am 6'8" tall, but I was still huge—I had to wear 5XL shirts and had a 52" waist.

I went to my doctor for stomach issues and the first scale they tried to use was not big enough to weigh me, so they had to find a bigger scale.
How Have Your Eating Habits Changed Since Beginning Your Journey? What Did You Eat Before And What Are You Eating Now?
I ate anything and everything before. During my weight loss journey, I ate Lean Cuisine like it was going out of style. I counted calories to 1500 or less per day, but also ate 5-6 times a day or every 2-½ to 3 hours to keep my metabolism running.

What Is The Difference In Your Fitness Before You Started And Now?
I used to be very sedentary and now I walk up to 5 miles a day.
What Has Been The Biggest Change/Payoff For You So Far?
I always think about this... If I'm out running around and something happens to something I'm wearing, well back then who would just so happen to have a 5XL shirt or 52-inch waist pants if I needed them in an emergency? Now, I am happy to say that I have a 34-36-inch waist and can wear L to XL shirts. My weight went from 485 down to 215 pounds. No pills and no surgery to get there, just a good low-calorie diet, lots of water and regular walking.
How Much Weight Have You Lost? How Long Did It Take You To Lose It?
I've lost about 270 pounds. I lost the first 200 pounds in 18 months. The last 70 pounds took about a year.
Any Advice and/or Words of Wisdom for Others Who Are Struggling?
Remember you are stronger than you think. God gave you all you need, so be strong and watch what can happen.
