Tell Us A Little Bit About Your Weight Struggle
I have struggled with my weight my entire life! In 6th grade I was 200 lbs! I tried multiple fad diets and weight loss tactics with no success!
What Was Your Wake-Up Call Or "A-Ha Moment" That Caused You To Really Commit Yourself To Succeeding?
My wake up call officially came in June 2019, when I stepped on the scale and was over 300 lbs, the biggest I had ever been in my life! In that moment I said, do you want to live? And the journey began!
How Have Your Eating Habits Changed Since Beginning Your Journey? What Did You Eat Before And What Are You Eating Now?
My eating habits have changed significantly! I went from eating EVERYTHING, such as lots of sugars and fats, drinking lots of sugary drinks like lemonade of juices high in fructose, to only drinking water daily and following a pescatarian diet! I currently eat mostly fruit and vegetables, I also practice intermittent fasting

What Is The Difference In Your Fitness Before You Started And Now?
My fitness before was non existent, unless I was walking to the fridge or living room for regular daily operational purposes! Now I work out 5-6 days per week for a minimum of 30 minutes per day, to include walking, gym, and at home workouts.
What Has Been The Biggest Change/Payoff For You So Far?
The biggest change has been the change in my overall health. I cured my high blood pressure and I have so much more energy. The biggest payoff has to be that, during this journey, I really found myself and began to heal my mind and spirit, while also healing my body!!
How Much Weight Have You Lost? How Long Did It Take You To Lose It?
As of 11/13/2021 I have lost 103 lbs! I began the journey in June 2019, I had some set backs that year—but got right back on track!

Any Advice and/or Words of Wisdom for Others Who Are Struggling?
Find your reason why!! Make a plan! Don't beat yourself up on bad days, always hop back on the journey and keep going!!!
Most importantly, work on your body, mind, and soul collectively, this will yield the best results!! Be Inspired, Be Aligned!
