Recipe Notes
Traditional grape salad recipes, including Trisha Yearwood's, are loaded with sugar and fat, but we made this creamy grape dessert salad recipe healthier by using less reduced-fat cream cheese instead of full-fat cream cheese, substituting plain fat-free Greek yogurt for sour cream, and using Truvia baking blend (affiliate link) instead of sugar and less brown sugar.
I used a combination of red and green seedless grapes, but you could use all of one kind or the other. If you don't have grapes you can easily substitute other fresh fruit like strawberries, blueberries and even apples. The possibilities are endless!

There is a picture showing the grapes cut in half in a measuring cup. However, I don't see cutting the grapes in half mentioned anywhere in the recipe. Are the grapes supposed to be cut in half? Looks like a great recipe that I'd like to try.

Hi Jan, You can either leave them whole or slice in half. It's up to you. I have updated the recipe to reflect this. -Martha

Is there anyway you could add carbs/fiber/sugars to the nutrient listings? I'm pre-diabetic and I'm working really hard to watch my sugars. Thank you so much!
