The winner of the Spiralizer is Carol Jackson.

Congratulations Carol. Please send an email to support@simple-nourished-living.com to claim your Spiralizer (affiliate link) + Inspiralized Cookbook!

We had so much fun doing our Christmas-in-July giveaways, that we are going to keep them going in August!

Today, in honor of my brother Peter’s birthday, we are giving away one of his favorite kitchen tools – a Spiralizer (affiliate link).

And to provide a little extra inspiration so that you’ll always have a healthy recipe by your side, we’re also including the popular cookbook Inspiralized: Turn Vegetables into Healthy, Creative, Satisfying Meals (affiliate link) by Ali Maffucci.

Spiralizers allow you to beautifully shred, slice and chip most firm vegetables and fruits. They are the perfect kitchen tool for making quick low-carb, healthy veggie noodles from firm fruits/veggies like apple, onion, carrot, zucchini, cucumber, cabbage, beet, turnip, rutabaga, radish, potato, sweet potato, squash and more.

TO ENTER:

To enter, just leave a comment below answering the question: “Which fruits and veggies are you most interested in spiralizing?”

One random winner will be selected and announced right here on Sunday (8/5) morning!

Good Luck!!

  1. I have not got a spiralizer so I have never spiralizer. I would love to do some vegetables so I can use them in place of noodles.
So much healthier than noodles. I would be so excited! Hopefully easy to use as I can’t stand long…can do from walker or wheelchair.

  2. I truly love all vegetables…except beets, lol…but I love using zucchini as a noodle substitute as well as making a salad with shredded carrots with raisins. I also put any vegetable that I can shred into jello! I would LOVE having a spiralizer to make the job quicker and more uniform! Thank you for the opportunity!

  3. There are so many veggies that I hear are great for spiraling. I’d start with zukes and cukes as it’s summer here and salads are the way to go! I need to look at a cookbook for ideas!
