The internet is such a wealth of helpful information and delicious recipes for Weight Watchers and others pursuing sensible weight loss and healthy balanced living.
I love sharing my favorite discoveries with you here.

‘Diet’ products can make you fat, study shows – If you’ve questioned why sugar is so expensive on Weight Watchers SmartPoints Program, you’ll want to read this.
Researchers found that rats fed a diet high in sugar but low in fat — meant to imitate many popular diet foods — increased body fat mass when compared to rats fed a balanced rodent diet.
The high-sugar diet induced a host of other problems, including liver damage and brain inflammation. (ScienceDaily)
10 Reasons I Love Weight Watchers — Alexis, a Weight Watchers Ambassador who has lost 115 pounds and kept it off over the past 2+ years, talks about the advantages of Weight Watchers over other weight loss programs.
As a fellow WW and active lifetime member, I agree with every one of her points. (Organize Yourself Skinny)
Cheesy Italian Cauliflower Bake — A Weight Watchers friendly, gluten-free, low carb alternative to baked pasta with just SmarPoints from Alisha – I can’t wait to try. (Meal Planning Mommies)
Healthy Greek Nachos — Like Kristen, I can see these becoming a staple in our house this summer as the weather is heating up and I naturally turn to recipes that are more fresh and light. Make them vegetarian by skipping the chicken and using either hummus or chickpeas instead. (Slender Kitchen)
Weight Watchers Friendly Vegan Snacks — A collection of snack recipes for those who want to try to keep animal products out of their diet. (Snack-Girl)
All About Air Fryers — If you love the taste of fried food but not excess calories and fat, this appliance delivers. Here are five reason an air fryer is worth the hype and four recipes to try. (Hungry Girl)
Now onto the Giveaway…
AIR FRYER GIVEAWAY DETAILS…
We are giving away the Cozyna Air Fryer (Original 3.2L), recommended by Hungry Girl who said…
If you love the taste of fried food but not excess calories and fat, this appliance delivers. Here at Hungryland, we’ve gotten pretty good at re-creating fried food sans guilt with our own “faux-fry” oven method. But I’ve gotta say, the recipes we tried in our air fryer came out even crispier. It gets better: We tried them with and without a small amount of oil (per the air fryer instructions) and found that NO added oil is needed to achieve that crispy finish.
It’s NOT a uni-tasker. I’d hesitate to recommend splurging on a kitchen gadget that can only do one thing. So I was pretty happy to learn that our air fryer can also bake, grill, and roast. I’m talking meatballs, steak… even muffins and cake! The manual includes a comprehensive chart with foods, temps, and times, which I LOVE.
It’s a time saver! My oven takes around 10 minutes to pre-heat, but an air fryer takes only about 3 minutes. Plus, some recipes cook WAY faster in an air fryer… My butternut squash fries were air-fryer ready in just 12 minutes, versus the 35 minutes they take in the oven!
Clean-up is a breeze. No messy pans or oily skillets. You can toss the fryer pan and the basket right into the dishwasher when you’re done with ’em.
The built-in timer has an auto switch-off feature to keep the absent-minded chef in check. Have you ever gotten distracted while something was in the oven and returned to burnt food? Our air fryer’s self-timer turns off the unit when time is up!

Just started WW last week. 58. Find harder to lose at my age but note going to let that be my excuse. I ride by street bike almost everyday and do a beachbody workout too. I just bought the WW cookbook to help me with meal plans. I hope to add the fryer as an extra tool towards my success of losing 30 lbs! Thank you
I love WW. I am able to focus on what I eat , when I eat, and can stop overeating for the first time. I learned the importance of choices and that nothing is off limits. It is amount and portions. Water has become my drink of choice. I also love our leader she is so important to my success.
My biggest “aha” has been forgiving myself when I make a lapse and getting back to healthy eating at the next meal.
I would have to say tracking all my food in a journal has really made a huge difference in my weight loss journey!
My aha moment was when my jeans were so loose, I couldn’t wear them anymore. I had to go shopping! Weight Watchers is a journey and a lifestyle. I am so happy for all the support and guidance. Tbank you!!
Can’t believe it’s taken me 62 years & joining Weight Watchers to learn this, but I feel A LOT better when I eat clean! The GI system & everything else is happier with good food.
It may take me longer to reach my goal as a diabetic but it can be done if I stick to it.
My biggest aha moment was focusing on eating real, clean, food by trying to stay away from boxed mixes and added sugar. I also add more fresh fruits and veggies to each meal. Our meals aren’t perfect, but we eat a lot less processed food than in the past! 🙂
Portions for me. Planning ahead second. Love fried foods. Love to win air fryer
Some foods just better if fried healthy fried is best.
My biggest “aha” moment was learning portion control, tracking everything and looking up restaurant food values in the WW App BEFORE consuming. Wow!!!
