  1. These salad spinners are really great. Salad is dry and ready for a lite coating of dressing—-not sloppy and wet

  2. My go-to main dish salad is any chopped variety of greens and vegies with cubed cooked chicken or fish on top. Sometimes I add a sliced boiled egg and/or sliced raw almonds. I often sprinkle balsamic vinegar on top or just go with salt and pepper.

  3. My favorite salad is a simple lettuce and tomato salad with oregano and garlic salt tossed with a small amount of olive oil.

  4. My favorite salad is Butter Lettuce Salad. (Butter, Boston or Bibb lettuce or whatever you want to call it) I buy mine pre-cut. Tear open the bag , add a protein and you have a meal. Butter lettuce, unlike Iceberg, is packed with essential nutrients and vitamins, particularly A, C and K.
