  1. Spring mix salad with strawberries, green apples, cranberries and candied pecans with a raspberry vinaigrette!

  2. My favorite vegetable is spinach because you can eat it raw or cooked. I like it in my salad or as a side dish. Yummy

  3. I love spinach and arugula. The peppery taste of arugula adds great flavor. Zucchini is my veggie of choice.

  4. My favorite salad is spinach, arugula, pear, goat cheese and chopped walnuts with low fat vinaigrette dressing. Favorite vegetable is asparagus.

  5. My favorite vegetable to add to a mixed green salad is broccoli slaw. It adds texture & great flavor, not to mention wonderful health benefits.

  6. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Fresh Works containers. They’re great for fruit and vegetables and keep the liquid away from the food, making it last even longer:)

  7. My favorite salad is a SENSATION SALAD, of course made with romaine lettuce. For those who do not know, the dressing is a combination of olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and parmesan cheese. I only add black olives usually, and occasionally a roma tomato sliced and/or croutons.
