I would love the opportunity to read this book. I am a current WW member at goal (actually below goal for the first time in over a year). I joined WW in 1985 and have been up and down with my weight, only in control when i track and attend meetings. I love to read about healthy eating, plan my meals carefully, but still get sidelined with life and then the food plan goes out the window. I love to discuss meal planning, recipes, and fitness so I would welcome becoming a member of the book club. Together we are so much better!
I have just started back on WW and would love to read what Liz says about adding healthy meals and a holistic approach is what I am learning now. I would join the book club.
I am very interested in this book. Stress relief and sleep quality are two things that I am very interested in. I believe stress is one of the things that is causing me ill health. I have been on the hamster wheel of fad diets for a year and not lost. I have recommitted to Weight Watchers and Freestyle, and would love to have this book! And yes, I am definitely up for participating in a book club, I am trying to incorporate as much support as I can. Merry Christmas!
I would love to read this book. I am a member of Weight Watchers, currently at goal, and I really want to learn about the LASTING part of the weight loss journey. I joined WW in 1985, reached my goal and became a Lifetime member. I have gone back several times and finally got back to goal about 2 years ago, maintained for a while and then was back up 10 pounds. I have worked really hard in the past 5 months and go to within 2 pounds of goal about 2 months ago so I didn’t have to pay. Today I finally got a little below the goal so I have some wiggle room. I am also interested in the book club!!
I’m most interested in continuing to learn about how to make the mental changes that contribute to weight loss and keeping it off long-term.
Book clubs are fun. Count me in.
