Hi Martha,
My favorite go-to cookbook is from my daughter’s elementary school. She is 26 now. ?
My face cook book is Paula Deen and Sons. I can take all of her yummy down home recipes and make them low calorie and high nutritional value with a few simple changes and they are just so yummy you can’t even tell how they have changed!
I have my mothers Betty Crocker cookbook along with stains, smudges, dogeared pages. plus extra pages stuck in for her faves.
I love my Skinnytaste cookbook…and the Simple Nourished Living site. I love the ideas I get from both. I’m on my way to a healthier me!
I primarily use the internet now for recipes and love it…but I love, and still use, and will never give up my New York Times cookbook.. It has classic recipes, and recipes that blew my mind…the one that stands out the most is a shrimp recipe that starts out with a garlic and lemon marinade, and then grilling them over charcoal after brushing them with a garlic/butter sauce…been making this for the last 20 years, and found this recipe in that cookbook.

I love the America’s Test Kitchen cookbooks. The not only give ingredients and directions, but a clear “why this recipe works” which I find to be extremely helpful. If I win the Instant Pot, I will purchase their Pressure Cooker volume next. I also love WW recipes that I typically get from the web.
I like them all, but my WW cookbooks are the best!
Skinnytaste Cookbook. Helped greatly while attending WW.
In Garten Cook Like a Pro is one of my favorites. There are basic recipes and helpful hints and suggestions for your meal or dinner party.
