  1. “Skinnytaste One & Done” by Gina Homolka. It’s her newest cookbook. It has recipes for slow cooker, instant pot, air fryer, sheet pan, dutch oven & more. It’s basically one cookbook for almost anything. I don’t have an instant pot yet, but am looking forward to getting one.

  2. I love cookbooks and have many. I always buy church and community cookbooks as they are “real food” like I grew up with. However, I have 2 go-to cookbooks. The first is “Farm Recipes and Food Secrets from the Norske Nook –the Midwest’s #1 Raodside Cafe” These are recipes I grew up with, everything from lutefisk to all kinds of pies. And, the woman who started this restaurant is a lifelong family friend and she was my boss when I worked there for many summers. My other go-to is “Weight Watchers Favorite Recipes” which is a collection of 280 recipes for regular food made healthier. This was published back in 1986 and included recipes from one of my WW leaders.

  3. I have collected cookbooks since I was 13 years old. I love to sit and read recipes and think about food. But thank goodness I don’t make it all that sounds delicious. But my favorite is still my Betty Crocker cook book I got in home ec in high school. It is well used and loved.

  4. My favorite cookbook is the Better Homes and Garden New Ccokbook because it taught me how to cook. It was a gift when I graduated from college and I love all the basics from cuts of meat to types of pasta and substitution ideas. The recipes are classic, easy to follow and always spot on. It’s my go to!
