I like the recipes from Cooking Light magazines, which offer number out healthy but tasty options 🙂
Better Homes and Gardens. It’s been my go to cookbook for 50 yrs. I like that I can look up how to freeze, can fruits or vegetables or make jelly,
plus all the regular cooking recipes all in one book.
A favorite cookbook that is a recent addition to my cookbook collection is The Food Lab by J. Kenji Lopez-Alt. It’s sub title is Better Home Cooking Through Science. A very well written and humorous book describing why recipes work and how to cook a multitude of dishes! It’s 958 pages of amazing ideas and fool proof recipes.
The old Betty Crocker book
I love Weight Watchers and Simply Nourished recipes!
I have an Alpha-Bakery from Gold Medal, that is a children’s cookbook that I like to use. My boys & grandsons like to use this book to bake with me.
I have to be honest and confess I love all cookbooks. I read them as novels. I have a vast collection and they have given me much pleasure.
My favorite cookbook is an old Betty Crocker cookbook that my grandmother gave me when I was 7 years old. I have used many recipes that are in the book.
Better Homes and Garden….It is the one I have used since I got married 56 yearsago and the recipes I cooked then are still among my favorites. I would love to adapt them to a pressure cooker.
My Better Homes & Gardens cookbook, which I’ve had for years.
