I have gratitude for the ability to be alone but never feel lonely, for the ability to get up each morning, for a wonderful husband and family with my loving grandchildren, and the technology of the WWW that gives me great sites for my lite recipes.
I’m grateful to wake up every morning, with a new opportunity to make everything “well with my soul”. If I was not successful yesterday…today is a new beginning!
Gratitude is a circle. Giving thanks and passing it forward eventually brings it full circle back to you.
I am grateful that my children and grandchildren are healthy, that my own health issues are under control, I am grateful for living in a beautiful place and I am graced with many wonderful loving friends. I am grateful for my supportive husband, who has learned over the years how much my weight affects me. He reminds me that it’s the healthy habits I’m cultivating and not the weight loss that is most important, and that healthy habits will inevitably lead to weight loss.
