Cultivating gratitude doesn’t cost any money and it certainly doesn’t take much time, but the benefits are enormous.

I’m so very grateful to live in a free country. Losing some freedoms temporarily reinforces that.
I am so grateful that my husband is still with me. He had a heart attack and had triple by-pass. The one vein clogged is called the widow maker and he only had 1% blood flow through there.
I’m grateful for my husband, my family and the beautiful buds coming alive in my garden! I’m grateful for my wonderful friends, my cat Stewey and great neighbors.

My son is a long haul truck driver doing essential work at this time. I am grateful every time he has a safe trip.

I am so thankful for Martha and all of these amazing recipes and tips. It is just my husband and I at home now and needless to say we are doing very little in the way of eating out, We try to have one meal we go pick up and bring home each weekend so we can support small business in our community.
