WW Recipe of the Day: Easy Broccoli Cranberry Slaw
This easy healthy broccoli slaw with dried cranberries and sunflower seeds makes a delicious quick and easy side dish or lunchtime salad.
I think it’s the perfect combination of sweet, tangy, chewy and crunchy.

And it’s simple to toss together. Especially if you begin with a package of broccoli slaw mix, which is exactly what I did.
The recipe for this easy, healthy broccoli slaw is adapted from 5 Easy Steps to Healthy Cooking: 500 Recipes for Lifelong Wellness (affiliate link) by Camilla Saulsbury. I made a few changes, though.
Recipe Notes
I used a package of broccoli slaw mix with carrots and red cabbage already in it. This saves a lot of time. And decreases the risk that I’ll injure myself with a knife or slicer ๐
I cut the recipe in half. We like cole slaw and have been eating it often this summer. But two people can only eat so much slaw at a time. And I tinkered with the dressing ingredient amounts.
I made this easy healthy broccoli slaw to go with pigs in a blanket recently. We both liked it a lot. And I’ll definitely make it again. But, I think it’s safe to say that we liked the pigs in a blanket more ๐

I am regular visitor, how are you everybody? This paragraph posted at this web page is really good.
Well, i traditionally eat a very sweet brocolli salad(that I LOVE)…BUT…trying to be healthy and drop a few lbs., I thought I’d give this a try. It is quite tasty, and I think I can learn to appreciate the less sweet taste that I am used to! Thank you!
This sounds fantastic!!!
This recipe is fabulous! I bought a few large bags of already chopped broccoli slaw on clearance at the supermarket and didn’t know what to do with it. This is a great recipe and so healthy! I used raisins instead of cranberries, and used honey greek yogurt instead of adding the maple syrup and it’s fantastic! Thanks!
Thanks, Pamela. I love the idea of honey greek yogurt. Yum!
This sounds tasty and I’ve got some broccoli stems in the fridge. It has just the perfect amount of sweetness. Too many recipes these days have too much added sugar.
