WW Recipe of the Day: Penne Pasta with Smoked Salmon + Peas
Pasta with Smoked Salmon and Peas is one of my favorite ways to use the Honey Smoked Fish Co. smoked salmon we get from Costco. It is fast, flavorful, and comes together with just a few fridge and freezer staples—perfect for a light but satisfying easy WW friendly dinner.

My sister introduced me to this smoked salmon a while back, and now both Rod and I are hooked. (No pun intended!) It has just the right amount of smoky flavor without being overpowering, and it flakes beautifully into pasta or salads.
