3. Baked Chicken Parmesan ?
4. Controlling my environment. I’ve learned what my triggers are and try to stay away from them.

My responses:
(1) What do you love most about Christmas? I enjoy the coziness of the season at church and home; the beautiful decorations, music, and gatherings.
(2) What is your favorite Christmas movie? My most recent fave is the romance film “The Holiday.” It’s a great story!
(3) Use this recipe search to find one new recipe you want to make in January and tell us what it is. I did the search and looked up a braised brisket recipe and found this on SkinnyTaste: braised brisket with potatoes and carrots. It took me back to 2012 on the website, but I really want to make something HEARTY in January. It gets really cold here and we need healthy, hearty meals.
(4) Which of these 7 Secrets of Weight Loss most resonates with you? #4: Don’t Live in Deprivation makes so much sense to me. This speaks to the fact that WW is not a diet, but a way of life. I need to nourish myself, body and soul, so deprivation is off the table!
(5) What is your top health/wellness goal for 2018? I’m going to reach my goal weight in 2018. I would love to do it by my birthday (September), but I’m planning on Thanksgiving.
(1) Anglican Christmas morning service
(2) A Christmas Carole (1951 with Alistair Sim)
(3) Instant Pot Chicken Tikka Masala with Cauliflower and Peas
(4) #1 Make It Conscious – keep a food diary
(5) Lose 50 pounds.
My favorite part of Christmas is being with my grandkids.
Favorite movie is A Christmas Story.
To plan on making Cauliflower Rice and Beans. This should have very little in Flexpoints.
Controlling my environment works best for me.
My goal is to move more each day.
1- I love the focus on family and love and giving. With a nearly 2 year old daughter, it all feels extra magical this year.
2- The Muppet Christmas Carol
3- Hungry Girl’s Hawaiian Cauliflower Fried Rice
4- Add movement to your days. I’ve gotten complacent but I have a standing desk and a fitbit, I just need to use them more.
5- Manage my emotional health. It will help with my weight loss goals and lead to my next big goal, baby #2.
1. Love and joy of the season.
2. The Christmas Story.
3. Beef Stroganoff.
4. Daily tracking of my food intake always leads to success for me.
5. Continue on the path to reaching my goal weight and the challenge of keeping it off.
1. Watching my grandchildren’s faces when they open their presents on Christmas – it makes my heart happy to see their smiling faces.
2. The Christmas story – we watch it every year.
3. Chicken, rice and broccoli casserole – I love pretty much anything with chicken in it and haven’t made this casserole before.
4. #1 – Make it conscious – I struggle with tracking – I need to be more consistent and cautious with tracking.
5. My goal is to be more consistent with going to the gym – I seem to be slacking a bit and need to get back on track.
1) I love finding gifts for people.
2) My favorite Christmas movie is : A Christmas Carol ( the old version with Alistair Sim as Scrooge).
3) I want to try Lasagna Pasta – I love pasta !!
4) Add movement to your days – in this sit-down world, this is so needed.
5) My goal for this year is movement (moving more) and increasing flexibility and balance. These things are key to a healthy aging and that is what I want for myself.
1. Being with family, especially the grandchildren and seeing Christmas through their precious eyes.
2. A Christmas Story.
3. Skinny Chicken Fajitas.
4. Become A Food Critic.
5. Keeping positive and forgive myself even when I fail.
Hello! Here are my answers.

2. My favorite Christmas movie is: A Christmas Movie. It is so well written.
3. I would love to try so many of these recipes but the Stuffed Buffalo Chicken breasts by Skinnytaste. I love the recipe search that you offer.
4. Adding movement to my day resonates with me so much, I need to do it more! It will be my New Year’s resolution.
5. Which brings me to this answer…I need to exercise more! I need to really take control of my environment too. I want to get rid of clutter.
Thank you!!!
