    My favorite movie is It’s a wonderful life, I watch it everytime it is one.
    I can’t wait to try SLOW COOKER PUMPKIN BLACK BEAN CHILI so nice now that beans are zeor!
    Don’t Live In Deprivation I can eat anything just in moderation.
    My goal is to reach my goal and go lifetime! 10 more lbs to go

    1. I love having my house full of family, the excitement of the grandchildren, and the meaningful time together reading Luke 2 – the reason for the season.
    2. My favourite movie is hard to choose but I’m going to go with Love Actually.
    3. I love my slow cooker and I’m going to try the Scalloped Potatoes and Ham recipe. It sounds like comfort food.
    4. I’ve already begun and plan to continue taking a long walk every day. Since I retired I sit too much.
    5. My doctor is giving me 3 months to lower my cholesterol without drugs so my goal is to bring it way down.
