  3. Hello, and here’s my entry:

[1] What I love most about Christmas is being able to celebrate with my family and friends, and seeing my daughter fall in love with the season.
[2] My favorite Christmas movie is ‘A Christmas Story’, and yes, I will turn on the TBS marathon and keep it on in the background.
[3] I’d like to try the Apple Cheddar Turkey Wraps from Emily Bites.I love apples and wraps, and this looks like a really great lunch time recipe.
[4] There are actually two secrets of weight loss that most deeply resonate with me. The first one is controlling my environment. I find that I can and will eat anything in the house, so if I control what I bring in or shop for, then it is easier for me to stay on my weight loss track. I also follow not living is deprivation, and I think it’s important to allow myself small treats every now and then.
[5] My top weight loss and wellness goal of 2018 is to continue to be a good role model for my young daughter. I want her to see her mother following a healthy and balanced life style.

  4. 1. The birth of Jesus Christ
    2. The Christmas Story
    3. Chicken
    4. Making new healthy habits
    5. Making weight lower to improve all areas of life

  5. 1 Enjoying friends and family
    2 Christmas story
    3 chicken tortilla soup
    4 control my environment
5 reach my goal of 45 lbs in 2018

  6. I love Christmas time because it brings the family together to eat, and celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.
    It’s a wonderful life.
I love using miracle noodles and would like a wider selecton of recipies.
    Being aware of my moods.
I will sit less at my computer and move more.

  7. 1) Christmas is such a wonderful time with family and friends. Also to be reminded of the sacrifice God made for us.
    2) My favorite Christmas movie is probably The Santa Clause with Tim Allen.
    3) I really want to try the lasagna soup recipe!
    4) of the 7 (which all apply greatly) having support and being held accountable by others…
    5) My wellness goal is to eat more veggies and less sugar. Basically my.. Get my act together!

  8. 1) I love the lights and the trees and the people who are just so happy and cheerful no matter how long the lines are and being with family.

    4) #7 Give Yourself a Break. So often we are so anal about weight loss that any little slip up makes us feel we just aren’t worthy or something and we might as well give up. I used to feel that if I messed up one day then I should just wait till my next week started instead of just dealing with it and going on.
    5) My top health/wellness goal is to get my sugar and LDL where they’re supposed to be. When I saw my doctor in Oct my numbers were a little high and he said to just keep following Weight Watchers and exercising and come back in April. So I am and I will.

    2) Miracle on 34th Street
    3) I already saw a recipe I would like to figure out with the freestyle points. Chicken Tortilla Soup, yummy!!!
    4) Make It Conscious ~ It’s up to me to be conscious! Writing things down, eating correctly and getting some exercise in there 😉
    5) Lose another 20 pounds
