(5) NEVER give up … just because I might have a meal or a day where I go way over my points doesn’t mean that it becomes a free-for-all for the next week, which then turns into a month, and so on. Been there, done that. I’m going to put that one meal/day behind me and get right back on track.

1. Family time is the best. Although we all live within a few hours of each other it can be hard to get together during the year. That makes Christmas extra special & brings back so many memories.

4. Don’t live in deprivation is my mantra! I really don’t care for the faux foods like the cauliflower rice. I plan on & enjoy the real thing be it pizza, pasta, rice or whatever!
5. My 2018 goal is to increase my steps on Fitbit. I have it set to 6200 steps and need to do better then that and most days I do. My weight has made me have to do a wellness program tied to my health insurance & I want to graduate from that ASAP.
I most love spending time with my family over Christmas, especially my son who is in the military and I don’t get to see often enough.

My goal is to put the focus back on my health and lose the 12 pounds plus the additional weight I have to lose. Ultimate goal is to become a WW leader.
