  4. (1) What do you love most about Christmas?
    I love the effort we put into just having a good time…all of the food and decorations, seeing the faces on my kids light up when they open the one thing they wanted the most, staying up late, getting up early, binge watching on all of the Christmas movies….snow! We finally had a white Christmas this year!

    (2) What is your favorite Christmas movie?
    An old movie from like 1985 with Mickie Roonie (sp?) called “It Came Upon A Midnight Clear”. My parents bought it for me for Christmas on VHS at a dollar store when I was a kid and its been one of my favorite movies!

    Establish healthy habits. Sounds like a good foundation for a healthy lifestyle in general.

    (5) What is your top health/wellness goal for 2018?
    To train for a 5k…again, and actually run is this time without stopping. I just finished training for a 5K 2 years ago and then got pregnant. I was clean eating and lost 20 lbs in a snap. It became my lifestyle. After getting pregnant I told myself I would start back up after the baby (I shouldn’t have stopped). But its not as easy as I thought it would be.

    3. I’m always looking for a good recipe that makes pork chops flavorful.
