  1. Spending Christmas with my family, attending Christmas Eve mass with my grandkids is a tradition.
    It’s a wonderful Life.
    Shrimp Scampi.
    Control your Environment-can’t eat it if it’s not in the house.
    Try not to get discouraged when everyone but me is loosing 5 lbs a week!
