My top goal is to walk more. I work on the computer several hours a day and I don’t get up and move around as much as I should. I plan on setting a timer to make sure I get up and move around or go on a walk regularly. My second goal is to quit drinking soda, I don’t even want to admit how much I drink, but I plan to gradually cut it out and drink way more water.
