Good Luck!

A lot of it resonates with me. I think a food diary would be great for me, easy to look back on what I ate and think about healthier alternatives for the next time I’m looking to eat that. I need to establish healthy habits. I snack a lot and I think that if I preportioned snacks that I can just grab, like veggies, fruits, or nuts, it’d be easier to make a healthy choice. And #4 Don’t live in deprivation, this is very true for me. The last time I was successful at losing weight, I believe that part of it was because I allowed myself a cheat day once a week. I was so used to eating smaller portions that I wouldn’t be able to eat very much of whatever I was craving, and I wouldn’t make a whole day of it. Just a couple items or meals that I really enjoyed.
I would love to make some Strawberry Cheese Grahams! They sound delicious. And I like that it’s preportioned. One of my challenges in weight loss is that I LOVE sweets, and I tend to overdo it on dessert.

My absolute favorite Christmas movie is A Garfield’s Christmas. I’ve watched it every December for as long as I can remember.
What I love most about Christmas is spending time with my whole family. My brother and his partner come down from Washington, and my sister comes up with her daughters from California.
