  4. 1) my favorite thing about Christmas is having my brother and family here, our gatherings around the table and reminiscing.
    2) By far my favorite Christmas movie is Miracle on 34th St. It’s old, but the simplicity of life and the innocence of a child resonates.
    3) My go to meal will definitely be turkey chili for zero points!
    4) all those “secrets” are important but from my experience the two that stand out are tracking and keeping the right food environment. Once I stop tracking I eat more than I think I eat and if I don’t have the right foods in the house I definitely go off plan.
    5) I have some health issues, so my goal for 2018 is to stay on plan, attend WW meetings and hopefully my health issues will improve.

  5. Since I don’t celebrate Christmas, I love being able to do absolutely nothing and indulging myself with books and magazines.
    My favorite seasonal movie is Miracle on 34th Street
    I am planning to make 3 bean turkey sausage chili. Looks wonderful.
