    2 .My favorite Christmas movie is the classic It’s a Wonderful Life. So heart warming and filled with joy and I will always admit to a few tears especially at the end when Clarence gets his wings.

  2. 1. My favorite part about Christmas is midnight mass. Our church has dimmed lights, candles, and holiday songs before mass starts and it is such a nice time to stop and center yourself before the craziness of Christmas morning.

    1- My favorite thing about Christmas is getting together with family, décorating, reminiscing of Christmases past, and definitely the FOOD!

    2- My favorite Christmas movie is Scrooged- makes you feel good and is really funny too.

    3- I found a recipe called Baby Pasta Shells with Asparagus and Marinara Sauce- looks easy enough to make and sounds very tasty!

    4- Establishing healthy habits resonated most with me because I do find that once I get into the habit of things it makes any transition smoother. Now I just need to apply this to healthier living and routines.

    5- My top wellness/health goal for 2018 is to stay better hydrated, and continue to monitor the type and quality of food I put in my body.

  10. 1. That all forms of celebration (Hanukkah, Kwanza, Birth of Our Lord & Savior, commercialized), are what make us a great nation (sans the bigots of course). That everyone is entitled to celebrate their unique way, but that uniqueness brings us together.

    4. Add movement to your day-I’m moving all day long at work, and I come home and workout. Take a half an hour walk after supper each day!
    5. Drink more water ( a gallon a day), workout more, and plan fitness better.
