    3. Thw Weight Watchers Recipe of the Day: Simply Filling Shredded Cabbage Soup sounds delicious. I’m in the mood for soups with the cold weather.
    4. Adding movement to my day is my biggest weight loss struggle–my kitchen is “clean” and I cook almost every meal at home…but the exercise 🙁
    5. My top health goal is to lose the weight I have put on going through menopause–it’s tough! Although I am pretty healthy, I would feel better with some pounds gone.

  7. I am not sure my entry went through. I love that people try to be kinder to everyone when they have the holiday spirit and spread good cheer. My holiday movie is Elf. I like Skinny Pumpkin Latte. I love the tip work movement into your day, because that is the most difficult for me. My goal is to try new plant based dishes and try new ways to prepare veggies instead of the same choices over and over. I have been doing fairly well making veggies a large part of my diet in the last six months or so.

  8. I love that people seem to make an concentrated effort to be kinder during the holidays. I love Elf or A Christmas Carol. My favorite recipe is Skinny Pumpkin Latte. My favorite tip is add movement to your day since that is what I need to work on.My goal is to increase my veggie intake to at least 5 servings a day. I am already doing pretty well, but I need to make my choices more varied.

    3. The recipe I found was the White Chicken Chili, I love soup during the cold days of winter. I am glad to try a recipe that is better for me.
    4. I think of the 7 Secrets – The one the speaks to me is “Control Your Environment”. As the main cook and food shopper, I can control what comes into our home and set the tone with healthier eating.
    5. My 2018 goal is to lose 15-20 lbs and keep sugar out of diet. I am motivated to change my lifestyle due to pre-diabetes diagnosis. I want to get healthier to encourage and motivate my children.
