  1. 1) I love watching my kids open their Christmas presents!!
    2) My favorite Christmas movie is Mickey’s Christmas Carol (it is so sweet and so well done).
    3)The new recipe that I want to make is Spicy Breakfast Fajitas with Eggs and Guacamole because it sounds like an awesome protein and produce packed breakfast.
    4) Secret #4 resonates most with me. Living in deprivation always sets me up for failure. If I get too hungry or go without even the smallest treat for awhile, I totally fall off the wagon.
    5) My top health and wellness goal for 2018 is to get rid of the 5 lbs I put on during 2017 and to participate in a 5K event. I hope to accomplish this by extending my workout sessions by 10 more minutes and forgoing my before bed munchies.

  5. Christmas is s time for families to come together especially if they have had been estranged. It is a time for them to reconcile and celebrate the season.
    My favorite movie is White Christmas. A good wholesome story and love the music.
    The recipe I want to try is Baked Spaghetti Casserole. My husband retired recently and I am trying to get him to try different things including more vegetables. He loves pasta casseroles so I think he will like this one.
    My health goal is to get back on track, make good choices and get back to my exercise. But mainly to control my environment and when we are at our condo in the mountains not to be tempted to go out to eat but be better about planning and preparing our meals when here.I have all the tools just need to use them.

I would love to try the Creamy Bacon Pasta Carbonara recipe! Tip #5: I need to add movement to my days. My health/wellness goal for 2018 is to eat healthier and exercise more.

  8. 1. The thing I love most about Christmas is the hustle and bustle that goes on during the season. While online shopping has helped decrease the amount of stress and time spent shopping, I do miss getting out among the other shoppers, hearing the Christmas music and seeing all of the decorations.

    3. A new recipe I want to try in January is your recipe for Lighter Gnocchi soup.
