  3. The most important part of the holiday season is family. It is the one time of year that everyone makes that extra effort to get together.
    It is a toss up on my favorite Christmas movie, either White Christmas or Holiday Inn.
    I love the recipe finder and plan to make the WW individual ham cheese veggie fittas. The individual size will help with portion control. Something I struggle with.
    It was good to review the 7 secrets of Weight Loss. I think the first one ,make it conscious, is the one that I need to most focus on although controlling my environment would be a close second.
    My goal for 2018 is to primarily to lose 60 lbs but more importantly to develop the habits that will stay with me to keep the weight off.
