  1. 1) What I love most about Christmas is the palpable joy and festivity in the air. People are excited and have been waiting all year for this fun time!
    2) Home Alone is my favorite Christmas movie. Such a classic!
    3) The Summer Vegetable Soup recipe looks great. I would try that one first.
    4) The ‘control your environment’ tip resonates with me. I don’t always have the ability to control outside situations, but I am able to make sure to limit tempting foods in my own home, and to make my own space conducive to weight loss.
    5) I want to exercise more regularly – maybe go for a walk everyday.

    (5) What is your top health/wellness goal for 2018? I want to start using the “Perfect Push Up Tool” again and get more in shape than I even was before. And with the giftcard I plan on purchasing “Weight Equipment” and “Protein Powers”. I want to be healthy for my kids and wife so I can protect them more physically in life and prove to them that anything is possible heading into 2018.

    1 what i love most about Christmas is the way christmas brings family and friends together
    2 my favorite chrismas movie is a christmas carol, I have watched it every year since i was about 8 years old christmas eve tradition

    5 my top health goal is to continue to loose the weight that i have set out in my goals. it took a long time to put the weight on and it is going to be a long process loosing it. It is sites like this one that have helped me keep going
