1-What I love most about Christmas is the decorations! I love just driving around town and see what everyone has done to their homes. The lights and lawn decorations are amazing.
2-My favorite Christmas movie is “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation”. I mean, Chevy Chase…how can you not laugh!!

4-The weight loss secret that most resonates with me is to establish healthy habits by taking small steps. I really need to focus on the “small” part of that.
5-I really would like to start and finish my weight loss goals. I tend to start and about a month or so in I flake out. I need to stay motivated and focused. I have horrible will power.

I work at keeping a diary of my food. I have found that it keeps me honest with my self and helps me stay on target. It’s not always perfect, but it is written down.
