My favorite part of Christmas is seeing how excited my kids get about the holiday. The decorations, going to the Christmas tree farm and letting them pick out our perfect family tree! Plus all the holiday movies?! Its the best!!
My favorite Holiday movie is hands down A Christmas Story!! Watching that movie is a family tradition from when I was a little girl!!!
I can’t wait to try the Chicken Chipotle bowl!! Yum!
The weight loss secret that resonates with me is to do small steps. It is what works best for me when I’m trying to make changes in my life.
My health goal/resolution for 2018 is to pose 80 lbs. I am tired of being overweight and tired all the time. For 2017 I cut High Fructose Corn Syrup out of my diet and it really made me feel proud that l did that. I know that with small steps, healthy eating, and a positive mindset I can lose this weight.
