  1. 1. I love my house decorated for Christmas. My tree, the lights on the house, and all of my favorite decorations that I only get to see once a year.
    2. My favorite Christmas movie is “It’s a Wonderful Life”.
    3. (Instant Pot) Chipotle Chicken Bowls with Cilantro Lime Quinoa. I just got an Instant Pot for Christmas and have already started looking for WW recipes!
    4. Add Movement to Your Days. When I have done a good job with getting exercise, it has made such a difference in my mind as well — keeping me engaged in healthy eating.
    5. Getting back to my Weight Watchers At Work group and back to my elliptical.

    3) Baked Chicken Parmesan, I love chicken and pasta so I want to try the secret of brushing the chicken with olive oil and then rolling in panko flakes, also try zucchini noodles.
    4) I love the weight loss tips, I have been at a standstill for about two months and I really want to get back on track and start losing again.
    5)I would like to get back on track to weight loss, at the very least 15 pounds loss this the next year. I would like to maybe start training for a 5k walk.
