I love the generosity and good cheer of Christmas. My favorite movie is a Wonderful Life. I have a head of red cabbage so after searching found Blackened fish tacos with cabbage mango slaw. And adding movement to every day resonated with me the most.
1) The light displays because they give me a warmfeeling on cold nights.
2) White Christmas. Love watching Danny Kaye and Vera Ellen dance!
3) Skinnytaste recipe for Seared Scallops over Wilted Spinach and Parmesan Risotto.
I love scallops and I’m always looking for new recipes using them.
4) Making it conscious. I keep food diary on my phone using the Weight Wathchers app, and I have a meal planning app so I know exactly what I’m going to have every day.
5) My top goal for 2018 is to lose enough weight to enable some kind of solution to my bad knee, either injections or surgery.
