What if I told you that I have put together four week’s (an entire month’s) worth of family-friendly dinners organized into weekly meal plans complete with grocery shopping lists???
Most anyone who has struggled with weight loss will tell you meal planning is key for lasting weight loss success. Otherwise, it’s just too easy to fall into the fast-food, take out habit.
Getting dinner on the table is so much easier when I’ve planned what I’m cooking and eating ahead of time. With the grocery shopping done and weight watchers recipes at the ready I can just walk into the kitchen and get cooking.
My biggest cooking challenge is planning. What entrees go with what sides, etc.
