  2. My all time summertime favorite…WATERMELON!
    I have been participating in my Weight Watcher group’s Summertime Challenge…Walk a 100 miles between 1st day of summer and Labor Day!!!

  3. I love fresh homegrown tomatoes in the summer. Either plain with a little salt & pepper or as part of a salad or sandwich. I’ve been exercising more this summer. Not so much to help lose weight but just to help me be more healthy.

  4. My all time favorite sweet treat is the old standby – watermelon! I could eat my weight on that stuff- 🙂 I have been making sweet treats for my family using all the fresh fruits available this time of year. By cutting them up and putting them in a pretty glass bowl, with some greek yogurt & stevia as a creamy topping or fat free cool whip, makes a delicious snack or dessert. Lots of trail walking for exercise too.

  5. My favorite new treat is any type of ice cream or sherbet. I have started doing exercises for balance and mobility.

  6. My favorite summer time treat are frozen red grapes. Eating more fresh fruits and vegetables compared to the amount of lean protein on my plate is a healthy habit I am practicing, as well as eating one half of the entree when served at restaurants.

  7. favorite summer sweet treat, homemade frozen yogurt with fruit. I use non fat greek yogurt and my small food processor. so satisfying.
    This summer I began taking more time at grocery store to read labels and adopt healthier cooking habits. After all, I am worth it!

  8. Sugar Free Cheescake pudding made into mousse, then topped with Cool Whip and blueberries! Yummy
    I have been doing water aerobics this summer for exercise!
