  1. I love watermelon and chocolate zucchini bread in the summer! I have really loved gardening for the first time ever! So many benefits- great activity, soak up vitamin D, not to mention fantastic fruits of your labor to enjoy!

  2. I made a key lime ice box pie and it was Weight Watchers friendly, and it was absolutely amazing! I have been eating lots of yummy fresh fruit–strawberries, cantaloupe, blackberries, apples, and watermelon. Yummy!

  3. 1.My favorite summertime treat is making a big bowl of fruit salad. Great topping in fridge or frozen yogurt.
    2. Drinking more water and taking the stairs up to my office.

  4. My favorite summertime sweet treat is any kind of fruit crisp. I’ve lightened it up so it’s mostly fruit and oatmeal. I never are much fruit so adding fruit into my daily menu is definitely a great New healthy habit!!!

    I am getting in the habit of drinking more water. Easier in the hot weather. Have to keep drinking water!

  6. My favorite treats are all the great summer fruit! I love them all. Watermelon, cantaloupe, berries, grapes and my all time favorite Ranier cherries!
    My new healthy habit is tracking even on weekends! (I’m much better during the week but this helps my awareness). Also, I’m giving myself permission to read most days for 1/2 hr to an hour.
