My most favorite summer treat is watermelon – ice cold! And my new healthy habit is replacing fruit for less healthy snacks – bing cherries, nectarines, and of course watermelon really do fulfill my sweet tooth! I would LOVE to try this fruit soft serve, such a great idea!

My favorite summer time treat is, ice cold watermelon. I have enjoyed keeping watermelon on hand to slice up as desired.
This summer I have been proactive in keeping seasonal fruit on hand, ready to grab as the mood strikes.
My favorite summertime sweet treat is Wyler’s light peach ice tea. I am trying to drink more water daily! I reward myself with one of these packets in my water after I have a few bottles of plain water. My healthy habit this summer is having a salad for lunch everyday. I add carrots and peppers and a protein to make it more filling.
