  1. My Favorites summertime sweet is trying new Ice Cream flavors and the new thai ice cream rolls! so good.. I love to try different things like I recently tried Moochi and love that too! So having a yonannas would be something new to try and it will be a healthy treat too!

  2. Watermelon is my sweet treat for this summer. Sugartown watermelons (south Louisiana) is the sweetest. I have, so far, eaten watermelon as my dessert at night instead of sugary, fat filled, calorie filled desserts.

    I started drinking more water, which helps keep me hydrated and full.
