2. I’ve been using my slow cooker and my electric pressure cooker to cook my summer meals. I’m eating more beans and green leafy vegetables. I prep on Saturday and cook early morning Sunday for the entire week. I’ve also been using the spiralizer for those summer veggies. There hasn’t been any snacks in my house, just lots of fruit so this ice cream maker would be just what I need.

My fave sweet treat is watermelon. I just love it so much! My new summertime habit is fruit infused water. I love the refreshing flavor of lemons & limes in my water.

I have adopted the habit of using my air fryer and instant pot to make healthy meals without heating up my kitchen!
I cook for only 2. Since both of us are watching our weight, (I’m watching his and he mine), we try to avoid added sugar. I think this is the perfect solution, just frozen fruit with stevia.
We each try for 10,000 steps when weather permits, or we go to the “Y”.
Since I can’t tolerate dairy or gluten, my summer desserts are limited. Probably it’s campfire roasted marshmallows. I’ve never heard about this machine an am super excited because it doesn’t require milk! This summer I rejoined WW so I guess my new “habit” is portion control. My husband also got me a rowing machine which I am trying to start the habit of using regularly. 🙂

I like lite cool whip on chocolate graham crackers and freeze them in the freezer and top with strawberries. My new healthy habit is trying to walk 2 miles a day weather permitting.
