I love the having the opportunity to showcase weight loss success stories here on Simple Nourished living. There’s something very powerful about seeing proof from real people who have done it.
My greatest hope is that you can see what one of these amazing ladies or gentlemen have done and, say “She’s in the same situation as me…and she did it. If she did it, so can I.”
Today, we’re honored to be featuring Judy M, who explains that after being heavy practically all of her life, she finally got serious and lost 108 pounds. Her experience mirrors what I recently read in the terrific book, Thin for Life: 10 Keys to Success from People Who Have Lost Weight and Kept It Off.
After years of futile attempts to lose weight, “weight loss masters” took control. They stopped looking to others for all the answers and decided to lose weight for themselves. They took responsibility and became accountable for their actions. Judy is such a great role model of this in action.
Take it away Judy…
