Tell Us A Little Bit About Your Weight Struggle
In the article Pat shares that her struggles with turning to food for comfort and consolation began when at the very young age of 7, she was told that her father had died, and then sent off to the movies alone where she devoured a huge bag of popcorn. After getting married and having children, Pat gained 80 pounds. For years she suffered through the cycle of losing and gaining 100 pounds ten different times.
