Happy Thanksgiving Week!
I love Thanksgiving. It’s one of my favorite holidays. With its focus on gathering together with loved ones to enjoy delicious food and give thanks for all our blessings, what’s not to love?
So in honor of the upcoming turkey day festivities and as a small token of our deep appreciation for you, we are giving away one of my favorite kitchen tools for healthy cooking and weight loss – an Instant Pot!

Have you heard of the Instant Pot?
It is a multifunction electric pressure cooker that can produce fork-tender pot roasts in less than an hour, as well as brown meat, cook beans without soaking, and even do the job of a rice cooker (affiliate link) or crockpot.

Though you can find the Instant Pot at Wal-Mart, Target and Kohl’s, the bulk of its sales come from Amazon where it is a top-selling item.
I bought mine a couple of years ago and have been using it consistently ever since – mostly as a slow cooker.
I love that you can switch from saute to slow cooking with the press of a button.
My brother, Peter is experimenting more with pressure cooking to make things like this homemade pumpkin puree.
I could go on and on, but I won’t!
Without further ado…
This Giveaway has ended, please see winner above!

we LOVE our Insta Pot…it is our “go to gift” this holiday-everybody wants a healthy way to cook good food and this is the best quickest way!!!!
I love spending the time with family and friends. I roast the turkey, just the way my parents and grandparents did it. My splurge would be dressing with gravy, although I try to make a skinny low fat version now since weight watchers.
I love spending time with my family.
I love roasting my turkey.
I love to to splurge on every thing.
My brother fries the turkey every year. My favorite thing about the Thanksgiving is to spend time with family, because my parents are elderly and it means so much to still have them with us. My favorite food is the desserts (carrot cake)my sister is a home baker.

My favorite Thanksgiving activity is spending time with my parents; My mom ALWAYS cooks the turkey and she roasts it; and my favorite Thanksgiving splurge is the pie…pecan rather than pumpkin (or maybe a small slice of pumpkin too for quality control since I am usually in charge of desserts!)
My favorite part of Thanksgiving is spending time with family! We roast our turkeys and I? love to splurge on stuffing????
I love cooking, I roast my turkey in a countertop roaster and my splurge is candied yams and lots of them!
My favorite part of Thanksgiving is spending time with family. My “splurge” is stuffing!! We always roast our turkey but this year, my oven fritzed out right in the middle of cooking the turkey! It’s lights were blinking and it had alarms sounding! The only way to get it to stop was to turn off the power to our whole house. We were able to finish cooking the dinner but needless to say, we ordered a new oven that night!
