The winner of the Spiralizer is Carol Jackson.

Congratulations Carol. Please send an email to support@simple-nourished-living.com to claim your Spiralizer (affiliate link) + Inspiralized Cookbook!

We had so much fun doing our Christmas-in-July giveaways, that we are going to keep them going in August!

Today, in honor of my brother Peter’s birthday, we are giving away one of his favorite kitchen tools – a Spiralizer (affiliate link).

And to provide a little extra inspiration so that you’ll always have a healthy recipe by your side, we’re also including the popular cookbook Inspiralized: Turn Vegetables into Healthy, Creative, Satisfying Meals (affiliate link) by Ali Maffucci.

Spiralizers allow you to beautifully shred, slice and chip most firm vegetables and fruits. They are the perfect kitchen tool for making quick low-carb, healthy veggie noodles from firm fruits/veggies like apple, onion, carrot, zucchini, cucumber, cabbage, beet, turnip, rutabaga, radish, potato, sweet potato, squash and more.

TO ENTER:

To enter, just leave a comment below answering the question: “Which fruits and veggies are you most interested in spiralizing?”

One random winner will be selected and announced right here on Sunday (8/5) morning!

Good Luck!!

  1. I only have a hand held spiralizer, so I haven’t done a lot but I mostly enjoy zucchini for now. I am really struggling with ww but I keep reading your emails daily trying to get inspired. Thanks for the help , and your giving soul. Thanks Diana

  2. I love to use a spiralizer for apples, zuchinni, sweet potatoes, beets and squash!!! My goal is to have my husband and son to love vegatables too!

  3. I love beets, would like to make something special out of beets with their bright red/purplish color. I’d love to make some ‘noodle’ salad with zucchini and yellow squash. Garlic infused, makes for wonderful eats!

  4. Right now I would say squash in zucchini; however, I’m sure the recipe book would give me many more delicious ideas

  5. As many vegetables as I can think of….Zucchini; cucumbers; peppers? ; … I would like to try with many as I follow a rigid menu plan for continued weight loss

  6. I have never done this, but spiralized veggies/fruits sound wonderful. I think I’d start with zucchini and apples.
